This is an issue that may occur during the CMS (Content Management System) installation process in cPanel. This is because a previous cPanel installation had used the same CMS (Content Management System).
When installed using cPanel >> Fantastico / Softaculous, a cache file will be generated in the user's account directory.
There is no need to contact your web host in order to resolve this issue. If you know how to use cPanel or File Transfer Protocol, you can do it yourself.
Get into the secret directory.fantasticodata inside /home/cPanel-username/.
The structure of the directory tree will reflect the chosen CMS. If this issue occurs for a particular entry, remove it.
When finished, remove the installed root.php file from the same directory.
